By using the William Whyte Property website and instant property report service, you agree to these terms.
Automated property estimates are indicative guides only, based on available property information and market data. They are not formal valuations and must not be relied upon as such. Renovations, condition, presentation and current buyer competition may affect a property's achievable selling price.
You must only request reports for properties in which you have a genuine interest. Automated or bulk report requests are not permitted, and mobile verification is required to access complete reports.
William Whyte Property makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but does not warrant that all content is complete, current or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, William Whyte Property disclaims liability for decisions made in reliance on automated estimates.
Rental management offer
The first six rent-receiving weeks of the recurring management percentage are waived for eligible new William Whyte Property residential management clients. The period starts when William Whyte Property assumes management and first receives rent for the property. Letting or re-letting fees, advertising, maintenance, condition reports, lease preparation, inspections, tribunal work and third-party or separately agreed costs are not included unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
The offer is limited to one use per property and is confirmed in the written management authority. William Whyte Property does not impose a fixed minimum management term or an exit fee under this offer. An owner may leave if dissatisfied, subject to written notice, handover requirements and payment of accrued expenses and third-party costs. The promotion may be amended or withdrawn before an authority is signed; an accepted written authority will govern the agreed offer.
The statement that 100% of rent is currently paid on time is based on William Whyte Property's internal rent ledgers for its current managed residential portfolio as at 21 October 2026. It describes that dated portfolio position and does not guarantee future tenant payment, arrears prevention or the performance of a particular property.
